How long does a custom build take?

Most commissioned builds leave the finishing cell within 21 days once sizing, paint, and component spec are approved.

What does the frame warranty cover?

We cover manufacturing defects in the frame and fork, and offer a separate crash-replacement program for rider incidents.

Can I transfer my fit data between models?

Yes. Studio fit profiles are saved, then translated into the geometry and cockpit coordinates of each platform.
